Centre Profile – Fairfield Forum

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦.

This is Fairfield Forum’s tagline, a South West Sydney centre we’ve managed for over four years – with our management agreement recently extended for a further three. This community-centric asset is anchored by Kmart Australia Limited, Coles Group, ALDI Stores Australia and TK MAXX, complemented by more than 40 specialty retailers, predominantly independent operators.

The Centre is a major hub and plays an important role within the local community, with around 14,000 daily visitations, most of whom live in the main trade area. In a culturally rich area, the Centre boasts a broad tenant mix and strong fresh food offering. From Asian Groceries to Middle Eastern Deli, Fruit & Veg, Chicken, Bakery, Seafood and Halal butcher – the Centre provides an impressive range of fresh produce.

We prioritise connection with the local community. Regular events cater to our customer demographic, with 2025 celebrations including Chinese Lunar New Year, Assyrian New Year and Ramadan. A Breast Cancer screening van is currently located within the car park which is an ongoing arrangement with NSW Government, offering free screening and health advice to local women.

Our team are continuously seeking out new initiatives to enhance asset performance. We’ve recently installed 700+ solar panels, set to generate around 420 MWh of energy annually – enough to power over 30 homes for an entire year. The solar system will help better manage our energy use and future-proof against increasing electricity costs. We’re also exploring other technologies to reduce our reliance on the national grid by making a positive environmental impact.

Since we assumed management, supplementary income has been a key focus – driving casual mall leasing, introducing digital advertising signage, multiple vending machines and capitalising on other forms of management income being driven at Centre level. Intensive management ensures we minimise risk to our client by having negligible rental arrears.

We endeavour to provide the best possible asset management service for our clients. Fairfield is a great example of this, and we’re excited for our continued involvement and evolution of the Centre.
